bluestacks app player screen keeps blinking (solved)

Users should no longer see the bug that caused flickering in various apps.
Apply this simple steps to solve.......

For NVIDIA users


        1, Select NVIDIA control panel..
        2,Go to 3d settings > manage 3d settings > global settings
        3, Set "Threaded optimization" to Off
        4,Go down " vertical sync " to adaptive (half refresh rate)
        5, Immediately move to your notifications icons at the right bottom side of your taskbar,
            Right click the Blue Stacks Agent icon.
        6, select restart
